Director’s Message

Dear Sir/Madam,

Biodiversity Application and Research Centers are institutions focused on biodiversity conservation, promoting sustainable use, and increasing knowledge and awareness.

The Iğdır University Biodiversity Application and Research Center, established on June 27, 2020, serves within our university’s central campus.

Since its founding, it has aimed to direct studies in agriculture, veterinary medicine, pharmacy, health sciences, hunting, and wildlife, benefiting not only university staff but also the broader community. Our center's vision is to serve not only our university but also Turkey as a whole.

The center is ready to contribute by raising awareness about biodiversity, the species that constitute it, and their habitats, ensuring sustainable use, and providing consultancy to official and private organizations.
